Tucán | Age Group: 2 to 3½ years old.

In this youngest age group for Zoom’s half-day Playschool program, curriculum and activities are designed to help little ones take the first big step in their journey towards bilingualism. Our full immersion model fills little brains with the basic building blocks of the Spanish language through play-based activities while also allowing them to experience for the first time the comforting and familiar structure of the classroom, establishing a routine that children can follow and learn with confidence. This is the first step towards achieving this level of bilingualism and a perfect starting to achieve outstanding Spanish Language skills!

Note: For this program your child must be at least two years old by March 10th to enroll for the upcoming school year. Missing the cut off date by few days or weeks? Playschool enrolled children can take Verde Classes until they are ready for Tucán. Please contact us if you have questions about this option.

Too young for Tucán? Verde class is the right option to prepare your child for a great Playschool experience.

The core components of Playschool curriculum in our 2’s class are:

• Creative Movement (large motor games, dancing, music, dramatic play)
• Creative Arts (crafts and arts using different type of materials/resources)
• Pre -literacy skills building (story time, small motor skills activities, cognitive games)

Schedule School Year | 4 hrs / day | 8:30 to 12:30

• 2x Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
• 3x Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday + one additional day (but Friday)
• 4x Monday through Thursday

Note
Potty training is not required to enroll. Our program includes potty training as part of the routine of the class and the teachers reinforce bathroom habits that you start at home.
